Watsonlaw is a law firm specializing in corporate law, insolvency law, corporate litigation and the legal implementations of blockchain technology.
We assist our clients in various cases, such as: mergers and acquisitions, the provision and granting of funding, internal and external (emergency) procedures and also restructurings. In our daily practice we have a strong focus on new technology: we work at the intersection of technology and its legal application, helping our clients to apply the technology within the current legal framework. We are also appointed as trustees in bankruptcies.
We are constantly looking for legal talent that has the drive to excel, is eager to learn and fits within the team. We are open to both starters and people with experience.
